Betsy's Bachelorette Party

- 2 oz St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram
- 2 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- Lemon peel (twist) for garnish
Instructions:
- Add Allspice Dram, vodka, fresh lemon juice, and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist (express the oils over the drink for extra zest).
